Balance of Plant NDT

LMT provides Balance of Plant (BOP) NDT services to nearly third of the nuclear fleet.

These services include:

• FAC UT or UT thickness examinations for piping and piping components. This service includes data management of UT results for tracking and trending of component wall thickness.
• UT flaw examinations of components and welded joints
• MT, PT and Visual examination of components and welded joints.
• Planning, scheduling and supervision of BOP NDE programs.

Many of our clients have found that by bundling BOP NDE services with QC and/or ISI, project depth and flexibility can be improved while costs for these activities are minimized.
